Edgar Saenz

Makeup Artist

Edgar Saenz works as a freelance makeup artist for Intercultural Productions on those projects that require this service. Edgar has been developing his career as a Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist since 1998 upon his arrival to the United States. Prior to that Edgar gained great experience and became well-known in Colombia for his work with a TV station. He specifically worked as a hair stylist and makeup artist for the anchor women, actors and models in commercials and on the runway. Edgar has even worked with some celebrities, including Paola Turbay, who obtained second place in the Miss Universe pageant and was the image for Maybelline Cosmetics. He has had the opportunity to work with various photographers, TV directors, and video producers.

Edgar currently lives in New Jersey where he works for a Spa as well as for Telemundo as a hair stylist and makeup artist. He works on occasion with photographers and TV’s producers for music videos. He continues to sharpen his skills and techniques by studying under people such as Tony & Guy and MAC Cosmetics.
